Work@Home associate, customer calls will be routed to your home office.

Qualifications:

oPrior customer service experience preferred

oSales experience a plus; all projects will involve sales

oSelf-motivated and able to work independently

oExcellent verbal and listening skills

oProfessional and articulate voice

oAbility to multi-task in several computer applications at once while holding a conversation with

a customer

oEnjoy working in a fast paced, and at times, hectic environment while maintaining a

professional attitude

oPersonal Computer with Internet access required: 1.5 minimum upload and download speed

required (needed to interview and speed will be tested)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
