Challenger School seeks to develop exceptional individuals into school administrators that will embrace Challenger's curriculum, philosophy, methodology, and values, and inspire students, personnel, and clientele to do the same.
Headmasters/directors recruit and develop Challenger personnel to ensure Challenger's high academic expectations are met by students. Headmasters/directors maintain a balanced rapport with clientele by effectively resolving concerns while upholding Challenger's noble mission.
Challenger emphasizes the bedrock of knowledge:
reading, composition, math, and history. We promote individual and independent thinking, teach traditional American history and values, and inspire children to embrace challenge and to find joy and self-worth through achievement.
Preferred candidates will have proven experience as successful leaders and managers; solid understanding of classical education; superior skills of marketing, negotiation, and sales; excellent presentation and speaking skills; the ability to prioritize, plan, and implement; and thrive when working in a school environment.
