Key job responsibilitiesWe are looking for Support Engineer to own and commit to the operational excellence of the many software services that are responsible to process hundreds of millions of dollars of payments to creators.
You will embed with the engineering teams to work hand in hand focusing on improving the overall quality of the software solution by participating in process reviews, identifying and mitigating support risks, developing metrics, defining SLAs, writing tools and run books, root cause and solve tickets.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Own setting up payment plan, running monthly payment audits, creating scripts to check that payments actually worked, and executing controlled changes related to incentive payments.
Work on operations and maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Java and Python.
Provide support of incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, with responsibilities covering multiple products, features and services.
Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance.
System and Support status reporting.
Work with the development team to automate featuresExpectation:
