We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to help us build massively scalable, high performance, secure, distributed systems that some of the largest companies in the world rely on.
As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to grow your technical skills and expertise while mentoring others and collaborating with multiple AWS service teams ranging from file systems to databases to object storage.
Key job responsibilitiesYou will actively participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of various parts of the service.
You will work closely with other developers on the DataSync team through design and code reviews and you will interact with other service teams to validate best practices and service integrations.
As a senior member of the development team, you will use your experience and expertise to guide other developers in achieving best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
We strive for operational excellence in all we do as a team and you will help contribute to the successful operation of the service by addressing customer issues as they arise and participating in on-call activities as needed.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
