Job summaryAmazon Pharmacy is looking for a highly experienced program management and analytics leader to join our Strategic Operations team.
This individual contributor role will be responsible for developing the vision, planning, and execution on 1-2 highly complex strategic projects in the first year, with scope including technology and analytics launches.
The Principal Program Manager will interact with Stakeholders and leaders across pharmacy operations, product management, engineering, account management, and business intelligence teams.
Strong coordination, organization and communication skills are required to be successful in this fast paced ever changing business.
The ideal candidate will have analytics, technology, and processes experience, with pharmaceutical drug management a plus.
To be successful in this position, you need to pair a strong analytical mindset with a desire to dive deep into details to deliver results.
This role requires a high degree of autonomy, ownership,curiosity, and the ability to problem solve.
This candidate will also have the confidence to project lead starting Day 1, and drive recurring teamwide mechanisms for performance, goals, culture, and accountability.
While this role is an individual contributor, the ideal candidate has people and team management experience, and will heavily contribute to organizational hiring decisions and will actively coach and mentor junior staff.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
